Our Blankets

Yes! We offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects.

In case of return for warranty reasons, send us an email to info@blanketsoftheworld.com specifying your contact information, the defect that the product presents and the order number.

Once we have verified the defect of the product we will proceed to refund the amount or send a new product.

Shipping and return costs are covered by the warranty.

Original Blankets are manufactured by artisans in the country they come from: Morocco, Nepal, Mexico or Portugal.

Soft Blankets are made in Italy.

In both cases, the blankets are manufactured under fair working conditions.

Original Blankets:

Morocco: 100% recycled (70% acrylic 30% wool)

Mexico: 100% recycled acrylic fibers

Nepal: 100% recycled fibers (50% yak wool, 40% acrylic fibers, 10% cotton)

Portugal: 100% cotton

Soft Blankets: 100% recycled fibers (20% wool, 80% acrylic)

We recommend to wash your blanket in cold water by hand or machine on a delicate wash program.

Do not use a dryer / Do not bleach / Do not iron.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands with an approximate delivery time of 24h-72h. 

We offer shipments throughout Europe with a delivery time of 4-10 days. 

For international shipments to the rest of the world, delivery time varies depending on the destination country. 

You can check the shipping costs to your region by adding the items you want to buy to the shopping cart. 

Sometimes, due to causes beyond BlanketsOfTheWorld control, shipments may be delayed. If this is your case, contact us and we will try to speed up the process.

We offer shipments to all of Europe and to most countries in the world.

Depending on the country of destination, it may be necessary to pay certain customs fees or taxes when receiving the product. It will be the client who assumes the entire amount of said fees or taxes

We offer a return period of 15 days for reasons of satisfaction. 

If you want to return a product, send us an email to info@blanketsoftheworld.com specifying your contact information, the reason for the return and the order number. 

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase and once you have contacted us, you must send us the blanket by mail. Once we receive the blanket and verify that it is in perfect condition and unused, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product that will be effective within a period of 15 days.

Yes! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

If you want to change a product, send us an email to info@blanketsoftheworld.com specifying your contact information, the order number and the product you would like to change. 

Shipping and return costs of the new product are borne by the customer.

SOCIAL & ENVIRONMENTAL

The textile industry is one of the most polluting on the planet since it produces 20% of the wastewater and 10% of the world carbon emissions. 

On the other hand, 75% of the clothes we throw away end up piled up in landfills. 

We believe in making durable textiles with recycled fibers. 

The circular economy and the lengthening of the life cycle of materials are part of the solution to the great problem generated by this industry.

We avoid at all costs the use of single-use plastics and derivatives for the packaging process.

Today we use reusable and recyclable materials derived from paper and cardboard.

Our next challenge is to remove the remaining plastic from adhesive tapes, glues, or vacuum packed products.
